Not every property qualifies for an appeal. We evaluate each case and will let you know if we don't believe an appeal is warranted, in which case no fee is owed.
We work on a contingency basis: you pay nothing upfront, and we only collect a fee if your appeal results in a reduction. The exact percentage, terms, and payment timeline are set out in the Authorization & Fee Agreement you sign electronically before we file on your behalf — that signed agreement, not this page, is the binding contract governing your specific fee.
When you type your name to sign your Authorization & Fee Agreement on our website, you are providing a legally binding electronic signature under the federal ESIGN Act and applicable state law, with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
We do not guarantee that any property will receive a reduced assessment, that an appeal will be successful, or any specific amount of savings. County assessing authorities and review boards make the final determination on any appeal. Past results, savings estimates, and testimonials on our website are illustrative and do not guarantee similar outcomes for your property.

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time before an appeal is filed by written notice. Once an appeal has been filed on your behalf, termination terms are governed by your signed Authorization & Fee Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where the law of the state where your property is located necessarily applies to the appeal itself.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
