ipapi.co — a geolocation service used to detect your general location (city/state) from your IP address, so we can pre-select your state on our forms. No personal form data is sent to this service.
Google (Gmail & Google Drive) — used internally to send your signed agreement and case-related emails, and to securely back up signed documents.
County assessor offices and property data providers (e.g. ATTOM Data) — used to research your property's assessed value and comparable sales as part of preparing your appeal. These are public-record and licensed data lookups, not disclosures of your personal contact information.
Service providers — such as our website host and CRM hosting provider, who process data solely on our behalf to keep our systems running.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BD Property Solutions LLC or others.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, a tracking technology that helps us understand how visitors interact with our ads and site, and helps Meta show our ads to relevant audiences.
